Welcome to a sailing adventure in the Arctic! We offer tailor-made trips from 8 June – 4 September. With an experienced sailing team and a solid boat for Arctic conditions, we will ensure high comfort and a pleasant and good atmosphere on board.
With our ships, we can offer trips for groups of up to 6 people and 10 people. We want to achieve a pleasant stay on board, using good safety equipment and professional guides and sailors. By sailing with small groups, we can easily disembark in different places, and we get to use the time for good experiences
Beautifully appointed with a bespoke wooden interior that is warm and welcoming, the S/V Ocean Sherp is a flagship for expedition travel in Svalbard. There are four cabins with double berths, each with its own shower. In each cabin there is individual heating, light and power supply.
Are you looking for good food and good wine? Our mate and chef will spoil you with delicious meals using local specialties combined with carefully selected wines.

Depending on the length of your stay, we have many different places to visit.
We start the trip in the beautiful Isfjorden. Here we can visit the abandoned Russian town of Grumant or take the trip over to the former Norwegian whaling station Finnset. There are several good anchorages in Isfjorden, including in Grønnfjorden, Trygghamna or Billefjorden. The wildlife in Isfjorden is very rich, and it is recommended to bring a camera to capture the moments.
If you choose a longer stay, we can sail the west coast up to Prins Karls Forland and Kongsfjorden, Krossfjorden and Magdalenenfjorden. Here we are up at 79 degrees north, and you can enjoy the striking scenery, dominated by peaks and glaciers that run into the sea.

- Flight tickets to and from the point of departure
- Insurance (personal medical, travel, cancellation, etc)
- Alcoholic beverages
- Food and drink on the day of arrival until boarding
- Hiking clothes
- Voice and data communication using built-in equipment
- Entrance fees to parks, museums, etc.
